Tropical Broadleaf - my inspiration for this painting is the lush rainforest gardens on the leeward side of St. Lucia, West Indies.

Spring Garden - This painting is inspired by my Grandmother, Florence, who travelled from England to Canada in 1912 at the age of 13. This is how I imagine the gardens in England must look like.

The Cliffs of Waimanalo - In 2019, I was part of a group which travelled to Oahu, Hawaii to built an internet network for Hawaii's First Peoples. The valley was ringed with high cliffs and when it rained many waterfalls appeared out of nowhere and poured into the ocean.

Lily Pond at Balembouche - There is a lily pond with beautiful pink lilies and broad leaves which lie on top of the water under the banyan trees at one of my favourite places to be in the world - St. Lucia.

Torrents - Huge volumes of water pour down a mountain side.

Facing the Wind - we must face what life hurls at us. Can you see the faces?

Rocky Shore - this is one of my earlier paintings from the fall of 2019. An artist I admire from Georgian Bay passed away that summer so I painted Rocky Shore for his spouse, Mary, to cheer her up.

Sedona Canyon - I have always loved the state of Arizona, its' cliffs, rocks and where every drop of water is a blessing. This is my first painting using the impasto method where paint is built up to give the illusion of a 3 dimensional picture.

After the Fire - Parry Sound 33 was a fire that burned north of Parry Sound from July 18 - October 31, 2018, This is how I imagined the forest would look like after the fire passed through.
